Shipping Policy
- Please NOTE: Yobdar ships all products directly from Ethiopia
- Estimated shipping time is 3 - 6 days for all shipments around the world using DHL secured shipment services.
- Because Yobdar products are almost always made to order, it takes 2-3 weeks to make them.
- Should for some reason the materials needed to make the product become unavailable you will be notified and given a new window of delivery.
Returns Policy
Yobdar products are small-batch handmade products, and variations in color, pattern, and size should be expected. Yobdar does not accept returns for products because of these irregularities. However, if for some other reason you are not satisfied with your Yobdar products, you may return your (clean, unworn) in its original packaging to our address within 7 days of receipt; with tracking code sent to us after shipment for a refund via Stripe. Attn: Your original order shipping costs are non-refundable. Only the Items will be refunded. Please use our email us at yobdar@yobdar.com why you aren’t satisfied and we’ll provide you with the necessary return details and address. We love feedback, so please let us know if there is anything we could be doing better with our product or service.
PAYMENT POLICY
Yobdar Crafts accepts all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, an easy, secure method of online payment. You do not need a Stripe account for this transaction. Choose the payment option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. Scroll down and see the option to pay with a credit or debit card without having to sign up for a Stripe account.
UNFORESEEN SHIPPING ISSUES AND CUSTOM CHARGES
From the time your package leaves Yobdar until it is delivered to your doorstep, all shipping liability lies with DHL Worldwide Express services in your country. Some countries might be subject to customs and taxes upon delivery. Please check with your DHL express services in your country before your order. After the package is marked as delivered by the courier, packages become the customer’s responsibility. Yobdar cannot provide refunds for lost or stolen packages post – delivery. Missing packages claims must be filed by the customer. In the rare case of missing parcels, please contact us via yobdar@yobdar.com
SIGNATURE
All international packages require a signature upon delivery; a tracking number will be provided once shipment is made.
